How We Help

We welcome all women who come through our doors with unconditional love, compassion and support.

Rosie’s Place Resources

When you come into Rosie’s Place for the first time, you’ll be greeted by staff at the Front Desk who can help you find what you need. Whether you are looking for a place to sit and rest for a bit or for some specific help, the Front Desk staff will get you connected.

Overnight Shelter – Our Overnight Shelter provides a bed to 20 women for up to 21 days at a time. We have a lottery in the morning on most days. If a bed is unavailable, we can help you find an available bed at another shelter. Here is a list of individual shelters in the Boston area.

Advocacy – Our Advocates can assist you with finding housing, employment, transportation, emergency funds and more.

Other Services – We have many other services, such as meals and a Food Pantry, and we invite you to use any of them whether or not you’re staying in our shelter.
